FAQ's & terms and conditions

Whether you are contemplating purchasing one of my pieces, or you already have a collection of my prints and originals, you may have questions. I hope this FAQ page will help to answer your questions and queries, but please get in touch via the Contact page if you still have things you’d like to know from me!

Where do you ship to and what is the cost?

I ship worldwide to wherever you are, and at the moment this is free to anywhere in the UK, whatever you choose to purchase, print or original.

To ship outside the UK, please contact me and I can give you a quote based on the product and your location.

What are your shipping times?

Shipping times vary based on location.

For prints within the UK, fulfilment takes 2-7 days with an additional 2-7 days for postage.

International shipping times vary.

Commissioned pieces and originals require custom shipping arrangements due to their size, and unique and fragile nature but I try to ensure both the safest and most efficient way to get these to you.

Wherever you are and whatever I am shipping to you, I will keep you in the loop and inform you when your order has been shipped.

How will you package my order?

Prints come rolled in a tube and sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Originals are carefully packed with paper, eco bubble-wrap and cardboard, larger originals are professionally packed and shipped (this can also be requested for smaller pieces for a fee).

Are your prints ready to ship or made to order?

All of my prints are made to order to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste.

Are you willing to produce prints no offered on your website? i.e. canvas prints?

I am willing to explore this, please contact me for further details. I will generate a quote, but will not start production until a 50% deposit is received, this is non-refundable. The balance is required before collection of the artwork

Can I return a print or original?

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is packed with the utmost care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery

To help me assist you quickly, I require photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item you received before processing any refund or replacement request. I will work swiftly to assess the situation and rectify the issue by providing a replacement at no additional cost to you if applicable.

How do I commission a piece?

You can commission a piece by filling out the form on my contact page. I will work closely with you to bring your vision to life and ensure that artwork complements your space.

Please note that because of the abstract and fluid nature of my artwork, I cannot guarantee your commission will look exactly as is in your mind, but we will work together to ensure you love it!

What framing options are available?

Commissions and Originals: Each commission & original piece is framed or painted on the edges/sides of the canvas depending on how I feel it best to frame. But I am very open to arranging alternative framing -  I am happy to oversee the entire framing process at no additional fee however framing costs will be calculated and invoiced separately - paid by the client upon completion of the project, prior to shipping the piece/s to you.

Prints: Prints arrive to you unframed - leaving room for your imagination and to ensure that the frame fits perfectly with your space. I can of course provide advice on this if needed.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, please contact me to discuss an instalment plan. The artwork will be shipped to you on completion of the payment plan.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
